Ordering:Once you have placed your order via our shopping cart system, we will send you an invoice by email. When payment has been received, the order will be processed. Orders will not be dispatched from our studio unless payment has been received. When placing your order, we require a minimum of eight weeks notice. For urgent orders, we will notify you if the request can be carried out within the time frame specified. When the order is ready to be dispatched you will be notified by email. Returns policy:A 75% refund of total order will be given if the following apply: - Faulty goods - goods are damaged in transit, perhaps the local zoo animals got loose and attacked the courier (hasn't happened yet), you the consumer, are under obligation to contact us immediately and return the package, unopened with the seal intact, back to our work studio within 48 hours.
- Incorrect colour supplied - i.e. you order cream and we supply red
New bouquets will be re-delivered or a refund will be given, according to the discretion of Management. A 25% deduction would apply to the total order to cover processing fees, workmanship and expenses. A refund will not be given under the following circumstances: - colour is correct - the colour is chosen and described according to ordered specifications
- the quality is as per www.artificialweddingflower.com.au guidelines
- the goods are not faulty or damaged
- the customer changes mind on colour after delivery
- nervous acts of Frankenstein rage, pre-marital madness, unusual fits of e-trading rage etc.
