We prefer to use a courier service to deliver our product. As long as you live on a designated road on the national map within Australia, we can usually get your box delivered. For far, very remote areas, we will notify you for a custom delivery charge. The box/es are fully insured by us to safeguard your flowers. An electronic tracking barcode is available. This way you can track and trace your box/es if you want to. The boxes are custom made especially for us. The flowers are thoroughly and securely packed within a special type of paper. A security seal is applied to the wrapping and then the entire package is wrapped with a waterproof membrane. We do require you to be home to sign as proof of delivery, but if the courier does miss you, a calling card will be left for you to contact the driver for redelivery at no extra cost.
